As Patterson continues to grow, so does the need for expanded healthcare services to ensure that everyone in our community has access to high-quality care. To meet this growing need, the Del Puerto Health Care District is planning a new healthcare campus in central Patterson that will provide urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and eventually, inpatient and hospital services.

We invite you to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposed development impact fees that will help fund this vital healthcare infrastructure. These fees are assessed on new homes and businesses to ensure that new development contributes its fair share—helping fund the services it will rely on, without placing the full burden on existing residents.
