Mr. Luis Avila is a Senior Healthcare Operations Consultant whose professional work focuses on partnering with clinical staff to improve patient safety and quality outcomes and expand patient access to care. Luis was born and raised in the Central Valley and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California. He represents district Zone 1 and was elected to the Board in November of 2020 with his term ending in 2024.
