Availability of Impact Fee Nexus Study for Public Review
Del Puerto Health Care District

Pursuant to California Government Code § 66000 et seq., the Del Puerto Health Care District (DPHCD) hereby provides notice to the public that the Del Puerto Impact Fee Nexus Study has been completed and is available for public review.

The Impact Fee Nexus Study evaluates the proportional cost of capital improvements necessary to support new development within the District and establishes a reasonable relationship between new development and the need for expanded healthcare infrastructure. The proposed fees will support the construction of facilities that provide essential medical, emergency, and healthcare services to a growing population within the DPHCD boundaries.

Availability:
The Nexus Study is available for public inspection for a minimum of 30 days prior to the proposed public hearing for adoption of the development impact fees. The full study can be viewed and downloaded at the following location:

Public Hearing:
A public hearing will be held to consider the adoption of the proposed development impact fees as outlined in the Nexus Study. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide comments.
